Wow. An update.

Yes, this is just a bust sketch of one of the vaizard charachters in my friends BLEACH fanstory; there is sure to be more tweaking but here we have it.

I liked it so much I actually took the time to color it, and I usually HATE coloring. This is actually the first time Ive spent time coloring. Did it turn out okay? DDDDDDDDDD:>

So yes a little background story without being a spoiler...


Rachel Myers (aka by her nickname, "Kaneru",)

1. Died when she was 19-21. 1/4 japanese, 3/4 caucasian.

2. Her zanpakutou's name is "Kaminari Megami", or Lightning Goddess and is a lightning/storm type. The original sketch of it can be seen here, [link]

but later sketches show it as more of a lance.

3. Her speed is god-like (and so far unsurpassed) and her strength is ferocious; however her stamina is not as high as others and her legs can be damaged by the speeds she approaches. Her energy is also more unstable then say, Sayo Hanabusa, being immense and extremely difficult to control (not unlike Ichigo Kurosaki.) This also causes problems when she goes into a vaizard state since it makes it all the more difficult to control her actions. This has lead her to use it only as a last resort. While being well aquanted with street-fighting, and enjoying a good brawl, she dislikes killing things, even hollows.

3. The two dogtags she wears around her neck (here hard to see because of her hair) belonged to her brother and her best friend, both who fought and died during World War II.

4. While her personality is confident, she can also be extremely arrogant and short-tempered; despite this, she has a knack from coming up with last second solutions in tough situations. She likes the color blue, tomboyish clothes, and chicago-style pizza.
